Basic Thai Marriage Visa Service
Most immigration attorneys provide this service to their clients. It includes
- Preparation and packaging of the I-129F petition and the G-325A (Biographic Information) for you and your fiancee/spouse
- Translation and certification of all personal documents for your fiancee/spouse
- Any follow up or advice during and after her petition is approved.
Note: Basic service does not include contact with your Fiancee/Spouse or assistance with the collection of supporting documents and preparation of forms, or any preparatory work for the interview.
Basic Service Fee is Bt 36, 000.00 ($1,200.00 based on US$ 1.00 = Bt 30.00). Details of basic finacee visa.
Premium Thai Marriage Visa Service
Our Premium service includes everything in the Basic service plus
- Contact and support of your fiancee/spouse after approval
- Completion of all required embassy documents
- Assistance in compiling the required supporting documents
- Assistance in obtaining of police clearance certificate for your fiancee/spouse
- Call and consultation with your fiancee/spouse about the paperwork, documentation and interview
Premium Service Fee is Bt 60,000. Details of premium finacee visa.
Thai Marriage Visa Service - Interview Only
For those who have already had their petition approved and wish to use the Embassy or Interview services only. This service includes
- Contact and support of the fiancee/spouse after approval
- Completion of all required embassy documents
- Assistance in compiling the required supporting documents
- Assistance in obtaining of police clearance certificate for your fiancee/spouse
- Call and consultation with your fiancee about the paperwork, documentation and interview
Fiancee Only fee Bt 30,000.00 Note: Government fees, including medical examinations associated with the K1 visa are not included and are additional to the fees listed above, and are to be paid separately by client.
