Basic Service

Most immigration attorneys provide this service to their clients. It includes

• Preparation and packaging of the I-129F petition and the G-325A (Biographic Information) for you and your fiancee
• Translation and certification of all personal documents for your fiancee
• Any follow up or advice during and after her petition is approved.

Note: Basic service does not include contact with your Fiancee or assistance with the collection of supporting documents and preparation of forms, or any preparatory work for the interview.

Basic Service fee is Bt 28, 000 ($700 based on US$ 1 = Bt 40), includes any children under 21.

Premium Service

Our Premium service includes everything in the Basic service plus

• Contact and support of the fiancee after approval
• Completion of all required embassy documents
• Assistance in compiling the required supporting documents
• Assistance in obtaining of police clearance certificate for your fiancee
• Call and consultation with your fiancee about the paperwork, documentation and interview

Premium Service is Bt 48,000, includes any children under 21.

Fiancee Only

For those who have already had their petition approved and wish to use the Embassy or Fiancee services only. This service includes

• Contact and support of the fiancee after approval
• Completion of all required embassy documents
• Assistance in compiling the required supporting documents
• Assistance in obtaining of police clearance certificate for your fiancee
• Call and consultation with your fiancee about the paperwork, documentation and interview

Fiancee Only fee Bt 25,000, includes any children under 21.

Note: Government fees, including medical examinations associated with the K1 visa are not included and are additional to the fees listed above, and are to be paid separately by client.
