Fee Agreement - Fiancée Visa - Basic Package
Preparation and packaging of I-129F Petition Package: After receipt of all documents and information from you and your Thai fiancée, A C Service will prepare forms I-129F and G-325A for you and your fiancée. This will include all personal documents of your Thai fiancée that must be translated and legalized by the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, as well as all other supporting evidence. AC Service will make certain that all forms and supporting evidence are complete and there are no problems that may cause a delay.
Once we are confident that your petition is ready for submission we will Fed Ex the package to you for your final signature. You will sign it, add any required documents as indicated by our included instructions and attach the application fee of $455.00 in US postal money order or US dollar bank draft (personal checks are not accepted), then place the petition package in the enclosed envelope and mail it to your local USCIS office.
Contact with your Thai fiancée: Before sending your I-129F Petition Package, we will contact your Thai fiancée to make sure make sure that she is well aware of every step in the process.
Embassy's packet for Thai fiancée: After the USCIS has approved the petition, the Embassy will mail your Thai fiancée a packet that included certain forms, plus a list of requirements that your Thai fiancée must complete for her interview appointment.
Translations and Legalization: Translation and Legalization services of all necessary documents for the I-129F package are included in the price of the package.
Client's Responsibility: Client must fully cooperate with this office and provide all relevant information and necessary documents for the Fiancée visas process. This office may withdraw from your representation if you do not cooperate and/or are planning to commit fraud or other crimes. In this case, the Fee shall not be refundable.
Costs & Expenses: You shall not be responsible for clerical fees, such as: mailing fees, copying fees, communication fees (e-mail, phone, and fax). However, you shall be responsible for the U.S. Embassy fees, physical examination fees, cost of obtaining the police clearance certificate, transportation fees for your Fiancée and any others fee in connection with the Embassy interview.
Confidentiality: All information received from you, your Fiancée or your representative on your behalf in writing or orally is confidential and shall be used only by AC Service for the purpose of the completion of the Fiancée visa process.
Refunds: Client is entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund in the event that client cancels the process BEFORE the personal documents of your fiancée are submitted for legalization at the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand. Client understands that once the said documents are submitted, the fee is non-refundable.
Signature: Client acknowledges by his/her signature that he/she has read and agreed to the provisions of this Agreement. Client also acknowledges that he/she has had the opportunity to have any questions answered and this Agreement fully explained to Client's satisfaction. Client also acknowledges that he/she has been given a copy of this Agreement.
