A to Z Spousal (K3) Visa Support 60,000.00 Baht (Appx. $2,000.00) does not include Applications & Visas Fees and Physical Examination Fee
  • The A to Z Spousal Visa Support takes all of the hard work and worry out of filling out your visa forms. We will contact you now by email and send you our questionnaire and ask for the email address for your wife or wife to be, her full name, and the dates you got married, or if you are just getting ready to go and get married, when you are going to meet her.
  • There is an additional charge of $1,000 for each child that your wife wants to bring to the USA. The reason is that each child needs a separate Police Clearance Certificate (CID), complete application and supporting evidences.
  • Once you gather all the information needed for the questionnaire, you will send the questionnaire to us by email and our support team will complete forms and assist you in making sure they are correct and meet USCIS specifications. Once they have been checked and reviewed by our support team, we will send the forms with detailed instruction back to you for signatures and you will mail them to your local USCIS office using the enclosed envelope

A to Z Spousal (K3) Visa Support We will do the work and make it easy for you to file your petition!

  2. We will immediately prepare the immigration documents which require you and your wife’s original signature. To ensure the petition can be filed quickly, we’ll make certain that she has signed all required forms and documents and then send the complete package to you with detailed instruction by express mail or courier
At That Point You Will Need To:
  1. Follow the attached instruction carefully step by step
  2. Complete all the necessary forms that require your signature
  3. Mail the 1st and 2nd Packages respectively to your Local USCIS Office, using the enclosed envelopes.
Then just sit back and relax:

Although we cannot "speed up" your petition, it will be processed expediently since it will have been filed correctly on the first submission.

Your case of Spousal Visa (1st Package) will continue step by step, but the case of K-3 Visa will be approved within 90 days after you have received the 2nd Receipt Notice

About 90 days after you’ve received the Approval Notice of K-3 Visa from the USCIS, your wife should receive an Interview Packet from the US Consulate in Bangkok, Thailand
Now, your wife will be guided to an interview as follows:
  • Prepare addition forms and documents in filing a request of interview appointment from the US Consulate in Bangkok, Thailand, for your wife
  • Send your wife for physical examination under regulations. Your wife will be responsible for the physical examination cost of about 6,000.00 to 9,000.00 Baht (Appx. $200.00 to $300.00)
  • Prepare forms and documents to acquire the Police Clearance Certificate (CID) for your wife
  • Prepare the K-3 Visa Affidavit of Support for you to sign and notify you the supporting documents required for the interview
  • Review the interview procedures with your wife personally prior to the appointment.
  • Your wife will have to buy the Postal Money Order of 4,454.00 Baht for the K-3 Visa Fee
Another few days after the interview, the K-3 Visa will be issued to your wife with 2 years validity under multiple entries, which means your wife can travel back and forth as many time as she wishes during the next 2 years while her Spousal Visa is still pending.

After this, you will have to follow up your 1st Package of Spousal Visa in the USA with your wife under instruction of the USCIS and the NVC until her Immigrant Visa is issued.

Anyway, this office will continue assisting you of any further question that may occur.
