A to Z Fiancée (K-1) Visa Support

• The A to Z Fiancée Visa Support takes all of the hard work and worry out of filling out your visa forms. We will contact you now by email and send you our questionnaire and ask for the email address for your Fiancée, her full name, address, phone number and detail information of how have you first met until your decision of getting married.
• There is an additional charge of $1,000 for each child that your Fiancée wants to bring to the USA. The reason is that each child needs a separate Police Clearance Certificate (CID) and supporting evidence.
• Once you gather all the information needed for the questionnaire, you will send the questionnaire to us by email and our support team will complete forms and assist you in making sure they are correct and meet USCIS specifications. Once they have been checked and reviewed by our support team, we will send the forms with detailed instruction back to you for signatures and you will mail them to your local USCIS office using the enclosed envelope.

A to Z Fiancée (K-1) Visa Support

We will do the work and make it easy for you to file your petition!

1. To begin the process we will email you and your Fiancée questionnaires and a checklist of documents required by the USCIS. You both will provide us with biographic information, documents and photos.
2. We will immediately prepare the immigration documents which require you and your Fiancée’s original signature. To ensure the petition can be filed quickly, we’ll make certain that she has signed all required forms and documents and then send the complete package to you with detailed instruction by express mail or courier You will now:

6. About 90 days after you’ve received the Approval Notice of K-1 Visa from the USCIS, your Fiancée should receive an Interview Packet from the US Consulate in Bangkok, Thailand

US Embassy Interview

Your Thai wife will be guided to an interview. We will:

• Prepare addition forms and documents in filing a request of interview appointment from the US Consulate in Bangkok, Thailand, for your Fiancée
• Send your Fiancée for physical examination under regulations. Your Fiancée will be responsible for the physical examination cost of about 6,000.00 to 9,000.00 Baht (Appx. $200.00 to $300.00)
• Prepare forms and documents to acquire the Police Clearance Certificate (CID) for your Fiancée
• Prepare the K-1 Visa Affidavit of Support for you to sign and notify you the supporting documents required for the interview
• Review the interview procedures with your Fiancée personally prior to the appointment.
• Your Fiancée will have to buy the Postal Money Order of 4,454.00 Baht for the K-1 Visa Fee

Another few days after the interview, the K-1 Visa will be issued to your Fiancée with 6 months validity under single entry, which means your Fiancée can travel into the USA for one time only and she can stay for not more than 90 days

Within this 90 days period, if you two are married, you can further file an Immigrant Visa and the Change of Status for her and she can continue her stay.

But if you both decided not to marry, she will have to depart the USA before ending of the 90 days period.
